Evangelism Outreach
At the heart of our celebration is a renewed commitment to sharing the message of Christ. As part of our Silver Jubilee, we will be going out into the community for a special Evangelism Outreach. This initiative is designed to reach those who may not yet have experienced the love of Christ. Our volunteers will be spreading the word through conversations, prayer, and kindness. Showing the love of God to our neighbours in practical, this outreach event will serve as a reminder of our mission to serve others.
Free Basic Medical Screening
To further our commitment to the well-being of the Wimbledon community, we are offering Free Basic Medical Screening. This initiative is designed to provide essential health checks for church members and local residents who may not have regular access to medical services. Our medical team will be offering screenings for vital signs, blood pressure checks, and other basic health assessments.
This is just one of the many ways we aim to give back, providing a service that ensures better health and peace of mind to our community members.
Donations to Schools & Food Banks
As part of our celebrations, we are deeply committed to supporting those in need. Our parish is making Donations to Schools and Food Banks, ensuring that local schools have the resources they need to continue providing quality education and that individuals and families in need have access to nutritious food.
These donations reflect our faith in action and helping others through tangible resources and providing a helping hand to those who are less fortunate.
Concert at Haydons Road Park
We are excited to host a Open Air Concert at Haydons Road Recreation Ground to bring the entire community together in celebration. This free event will feature performances such as live music from Living Voices, Drama, DJ, Business Exhibitions, free face painting, free bouncy castle, over 20 amazing raffle prizes and many more . The concert will be a time of joy, unity, and reflection on God’s goodness.
The concert is a celebration of 25 years of blessings and growth, and we hope it will be an event everyone will enjoy and remember.
Charity Football Tournament
Sports have the incredible power to bring people together, and this year, we are hosting a Charity Football Tournament to encourage camaraderie, teamwork, and fun. This exciting event will involve church teams competing in friendly matches, with all proceeds going toward our charity efforts and community outreach programs.
Whether you’re playing, cheering from the sidelines, or simply enjoying the day, the football tournament promises to be an event full of excitement and good-spirited competition, all for a noble cause.
